Human Resources are the backbone of any organization, with the ability to make or break any organization. They are like the brave, fierce horses that propel the chariot forward. The

chariot, that is the organization-cannot thrive or advance without them. Therefore, it is vital to have a leader who is ethical at the core and is replete with integrity, transparency, and

accountability; the trio that holds the Archstone called "Ethical Leadership". Thus, making the leader akin to the charioteer who guides the horses.

Ethics creates and nurtures a leader's character. He leads. Thus, the word "Leader" and not 'Politician'.

Integrity is the quality of being honest, despite the circumstances. An ethical HR leader should have strong moral principles that cannot be altered based on convenience and

inconvenience. In today's contemporary world, where challenges like the glass ceiling persist and women employees face gender-based discrimination, when people are judged and

encouraged based on their wealth, background, family lineage, and the number of followers they have on social media, an ethical leader does not succumb to such attributes. He would never allow such practices. Instead, he would foster and promote an environment wherein
